My Curve was acting crazy. Got this new battery, and it works like new. On a full charge, my phone would shut off 2 minutes into a phone call, or a few minutes of web browsing. Phone would not respond until I plugged it into the charger. Shipping was kinda slow, but it was sent parcel post. Battery arrived in perfect condition.
Has OK life on the phone. Battery for 8300 was purchased. Item shipped and arrived quickly, under a week from NY to Arkansas. Seems to lose the charge after 1.5-2 hours of talk with low text/mail usage. Can't beat the price and is about what someone should expect with an under ten dollar battery.
This battery didn't work and it would not take a charge. I replaced it with my other battery and my Blackberry worked just fine. Don't be fooled into thinking your saving money.go buy the more expensive batteries that actually work.
Eventhough the description says as OEM battery, what I received from Ace digital photo seems to be a look alike battery and not the original battery from RIM. Its better for them to advertise as look alike battery instead of mentioning as IEM battery.
Battery kept shutting off the phone. No point spending the money and aggravation to return something so cheap. Baaaaad deal. Didn't bother returning, since it was so cheap. Perhaps that is what they depend on. Anyway, totally dissatisfied.
